Major repair of municipal road HKV1249 /III-505/ Koren - Krivo Pole - Elena - municipal border (Haskovo - Harmanli) - Bolyarski Izvor: The construction is classified as Category III. The project area is divided into two sections: from km 0+000 (Koren) to km 10+742 (Elena), pavement rehabilitation is planned; from km 10+742 to km 12+944 (end of the project section), reconstruction is foreseen due to complete pavement destruction. This includes milling of asphalt layers and preservation of crushed stone base layers to serve as the subgrade for the new road construction. The restoration of the road alignment is designed for 60 km/h. In sections where the projected speed cannot be achieved due to existing longitudinal gradients, horizontal, and vertical curves, speed limits are to be implemented through administrative measures (road signs). All works and materials must comply with current standards and the requirements of the API 2025 Technical Specification.
