Engineering services for the sustainable energy renovation of a multi-family residential building at Tsar Kaloyan St. No. 13, Haskovo: preparation of an investment project as a working project, execution of construction and assembly works (SMR) according to the approved project, and author's supervision during the construction phase. The single-phase working project must comply with the requirements of ZUT, Ordinance No. 4/2001 (scope and content of investment projects), Ordinance No. RD-02-20-2/2021 (accessibility), Ordinance No. 7/2004 (energy efficiency), and all applicable Bulgarian standards. 5 original hard copies and 1 electronic copy (CD) in DWG/PDF (graphic) and Word/PDF (text) format are to be submitted. SMR will commence after the building permit is issued and according to the approved project. Author's supervision will be carried out by qualified persons in accordance with ZUT Art. 162 and the contract. The execution must adhere to the "do no significant harm" principle (EU Regulation 2020/852 Art. 17).
