Structural engineering planning services according to §51 HOAI for the major refurbishment of the North Pier in List auf Sylt Port: Processing of service phases 1-6 for the remediation of damages to sheet piles (corrosion), mastic asphalt covering, paving, asphalt decking, shotcrete of reinforced concrete beams and piles, friction piles, ladders, railings, steel spars, concrete stairs, and embrittled joint sealant in concrete embankment; estimated costs for cost groups 300-700 are approx. €3.5 million net; commissioning will be phased, with the right to award only a portion of the basic services.
