Laser Doppler Vibrometer for Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences

Supply and upgrade of a system for high-precision non-contact, multi-dimensional displacement measurement for the Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences. Specifically, an existing large-scale device – a modular, automated 3D scanning laser Doppler vibrometer – is to be modernized by replacing outdated Helium-Neon laser sources with fiber-coupled infrared laser sources (IR-LDV) and by replacing the mechanical measurement head structure. The contract includes the supply of 3 compact, fiber-coupled measurement heads with SWIR technology, a multi-channel IR vibrometer unit, and an autofocus unit with electronic control.

Procurement of CAFM Software for Reutlingen University

Delivery, phased introduction and maintenance of an on-premises CAFM software (Computer-Aided Facility Management) for the management of assets and properties for the bwIT-AW/bwCAFM cooperation. The cooperation comprises 37 non-university higher education institutions in Baden-Württemberg, of which 27 are participating mandatorily. The service includes the provision of production, test, and training environments on virtual servers of the Hochschulservicezentrum Baden-Württemberg (HSZ-BW) as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support. Core technologies include PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server, LDAP/AD, Shibboleth/SAML, REST APIs, SOAP web services, as well as interfaces to HISinOne, SAP S/4HANA, REG-IS, MAQSIMA, and an IFC interface (version 4.3) according to the CAFM Ring standard. The contract duration of the framework agreement is 60 months with the option for two extensions of 24 months each.
