Customizable Hanging and Suspension Files

Manufacturing and delivery of customizable hanging and suspension files: nationwide for properties of the Federal Employment Agency (BA) and joint facilities (gE). Orders are placed via the Public Electronic Procurement (PeP) system by the BA's Regional Infrastructure Managements (RIM), with design drafts provided by the client using a form (Annex 3); print samples may be required. Format: 318 mm hanging side, 255 mm front cover, 255 mm back cover. Material: Recycled cardboard/Manila cardboard (250 g/m²), various design options for commercial or official filing (see Annex 3). Minimum order quantity: 200 pieces per order. Suspension files: Corners rounded if no inner pocket; uniform plastic central fitting; folds stabilized with 2 flat clips. Contract starts upon award, service delivery earliest from January 1, 2027, after catalog provision in the PeP system (four weeks lead time); contract ends December 31, 2030.
