Port Works for the City of Porvoo

Maintenance, installations, transfers, and upkeep of port and pier areas, as well as outdoor recreational areas in the archipelago, including diving work: The tasks include diving work (short-term and long-term, up to one hour and over one hour, including one surface person), work performed from a work raft, crane truck work, and separate personnel and maintenance work. This involves the transfer, installation, and fastening of piers, gangways, boat booms, buoys, and concrete weights, along with other maintenance tasks related to port and pier structures. Work sites are located in Porvoo's small boat harbors, pier areas, and swimming beaches, as well as in the city's archipelago outdoor recreational areas, specifically at small boat harbors/piers in Porvoonjoki, Gammelbacka, Hamari, Kråkö, Tolkkinen, Skeppars, Pelling, Virvik, and Jakari; at archipelago outdoor areas in Hakasalo, Mäntysaari, Norrholmen, and Äggskär; and at swimming piers in Kokonniemi outdoor swimming pool, Hasselholma, Staffas (Veckjärvi), and Venjärvi. The procurement is for a framework agreement with an initial term of two (2) years and an option for 1+1 or two additional option years, with a maximum validity of four (4) years from the framework agreement's entry into force. The contract will terminate at the latest when the maximum value of 480,000 euros is reached. A minimum of one (1) and a maximum of five (5) service providers will be selected. In addition to Porvoo City Infrastructure, Porvoo Sports Services will also procure services through this framework agreement.
