Software development for Ryhti integration into Bentley Systems Finland Oy's OpenCities Map (OCM) software and Sitowise Oy's Louhi Kaava application: Further development of OCM software for the production of Ryhti data model-compliant master plans, new features for binding plot divisions, GeoJSON reading functions, data validation, and storage for Louhi processing. Development of the Louhi Kaava application for road data processing and lifecycle management, new functions for reading binding plot divisions in GeoJSON format into Louhi, data completion, validation functions, and data transfer to Ryhti via an interface. The total cost for purchased services is approximately €283,751 (excl. VAT), divided into three work packages. The objective is to enable municipalities to submit construction and land use data to the national Ryhti system by January 1, 2029.
