Caretaker services for various municipal properties: minor works on rented residential properties, cleaning, garden maintenance, and winter clearing services. The basic service includes regular property inspections (basement, staircase, and exterior lighting, door cylinders, locks, and door handles for functionality), various cleaning and garden maintenance services (sweeping/cleaning of squares, courtyards, and pathways belonging to the house/property, house entrances, arcades, water inlets; removal of cobwebs in basement corridors, bicycle cellar, laundry room, and internal waste room), keeping the waste disposal area clean, provision and return transport of waste containers according to the city of Friedrichsdorf's waste regulations, reading of meter readings and notification to billing companies, granting access to employees of meter reading companies and craft businesses including locking service, reporting necessary repairs to the city of Friedrichsdorf, and independent on-demand winter service. An optional service is weekly staircase floor cleaning. Additional, irregular, and unforeseen works are commissioned and remunerated separately.
