Caretaker services for the refugee accommodation "Zum Paddenpfuhl 1-6" in Burg: Staffing by a full-time employee (39 hours per week) from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2027 with an extension option. The monthly lump sum price must include surcharges, communication technology, equipment, and additional materials. Tasks include: procurement of materials for minor repairs (material costs borne by the client), execution of minor repairs, rectification of defects in furnishings, replacement of defective light sources, maintenance of all locks, doors, and similar items, touch-up painting/painting work, removal of blockages and replacement of sanitary fittings accessories, monitoring of repairs and services by third parties commissioned by the client or property owner, preparation and post-processing of living spaces for occupancy/after move-out (if necessary, cleaning and clearing work), unlocking and locking of laundry rooms, inspection of laundry rooms for proper condition and replacement of defective devices (devices provided by the client), participation in apartment inspections by care staff and control of the proper condition of the apartments, handover and return of furnishings with associated documentation upon resident move-in or move-out, and work as specifically instructed by the client.
