HDR Brachytherapy System with Applicators and Room Adaptation for Wałbrzych Specialist Hospital
Delivery of an HDR brachytherapy system, including a complete set of applicators and necessary equipment, as well as the execution of room adaptation. This is to ensure the provision of brachytherapy healthcare services in accordance with applicable technical, organizational, and clinical requirements. The delivery includes factory-new equipment, not previously exhibited or demonstrated, its transport to the destination, installation, commissioning, provision of software with perpetual licenses, staff training, and handover for use with all required attestations and certificates. Also included is cooperation in preparing documentation to obtain all necessary permits/approvals for use, including the permit from the National Atomic Energy Agency, and a 24-month warranty from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.
