Services include repairs as needed, periodic and preventive inspections according to manufacturer specifications, including diagnoses, replacement of damaged parts, provision of loan devices (positions 1-21, 27-39, 46-54), emergency visits, technical support, remote service, updates, audits, travel, and manufacturer-recommended software and construction modifications. The service also covers the entire Endobase IT system, including periodic reviews, repairs, and license upgrades. Devices under manufacturer warranty (positions 11, 28, 29, 63, 64, 72, 73, 74, 106, 107 until 27.11.2027; position 40 until 01.06.2027; position 19 until 09.01.2028; positions 20, 21, 32, 33, 49 until 25.11.2028) will automatically be covered by the service contract after their warranty expires. Requirements include qualified personnel, manufacturer authorization, use of new and manufacturer-approved spare parts, and compliance with manufacturer instructions, standards, safety regulations (BHP, P-poż), and the Medical Devices Act of 07.04.2022. Technical inspections and repairs must be documented in the technical passport and confirmed by a service protocol. There is an obligation to employ personnel under an employment contract for the service provision.
