Heating and Hot Water Systems for Extension Building of Federal Ministry for the Environment

Installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for the 7-story extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, and Nuclear Safety in Berlin, Stresemannstraße 128-130, including an underground car park and two building sections A+B: district heating transfer station 1,600 kW, heat pumps 180 kW with geothermal integration, propane chillers 800 kW, underfloor heating with 170 distributors and 160 km of lines, 30 flat panel radiators, heating/cooling sails, 60 recirculating air cooling units and climate cabinets with connection to HVAC systems. Service commencement no later than 12 working days after receipt of order letter, duration 36 months, completion by 30.11.2029.
