Locksmith works exterior and interior: approx. 610 m² grating covers, partly including supplied and installed substructures made of various steel profile elements; approx. 370 m railings in various designs; approx. 1,940 m handrails, partly wall-mounted or mounted on barriers; approx. 285 m barriers, partly with room-high elements and integrated grille door for floor separation; 10 units steel stairs with various dimensions and number of risers; 16 units climbing ladders in various designs and dimensions for indoor and outdoor use; approx. 1,000 m radiator covers in various dimensions; approx. 475 units anchor points in various designs; 1 unit rolling grille for installation in a suspended ceiling outdoors, including substructure and inspection flaps; 1 unit hydraulic unit as shaft cover outdoors. Also included are impact protection, anchor points for facade cleaning, and locker cabinets. Maintenance services are part of the tender. Duration: 4 years, start of execution: October 2026, end of execution: April 2029.
