Execution period: 28.09.2026 - 28.05.2027. Eligibility requirements: Prequalification by entry in the prequalification register or submission of the 'Self-declaration of suitability' form. For shortlisted bidders, self-declarations must be confirmed by certificates. Additionally, at least 3 references from the last 5 years, a declaration on the average annual number of employees, trade registration, commercial register extract, entry in the craft register/Chamber of Industry and Commerce, if applicable, a legally confirmed insolvency plan, certificates of good standing from the collective bargaining social fund, the tax office, a certificate of exemption according to § 48b EStG, a certificate of good standing from the professional association, and the calculation via FBL 221 or 222 VHB Bund with specification of the minimum wage must be submitted. For subcontractors, corresponding proofs must also be provided. Self-declarations according to the Collective Bargaining and Public Procurement Act of Saxony-Anhalt regarding collective bargaining loyalty, minimum hourly wage, and equal pay, as well as subcontractor deployment, are also required.
