Execution period: September 28, 2026 to May 28, 2027. Alternative bids are not permitted; multiple main bids are permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price. Eligibility proofs include prequalification or a self-declaration of suitability (Formblatt 124 VHB Bund); for shortlisted bids, confirmation by certificates is required. For non-prequalified bidders, 3 references from the last 5 years (FBL 444 VHB Bund), a declaration on the average number of employees over the last 3 years (categorized by wage groups, with separate management personnel), trade registration, commercial register extract, entry in the craft register/Chamber of Industry and Commerce, if applicable, an approved insolvency plan, certificates of good standing (tariff social fund, tax office, professional association), and a certificate of exemption according to § 48b EStG are required. Calculation is to be submitted via FBL 221 or 222 VHB Bund, including the minimum wage.
