Installation of heating and cooling systems on three floors of the incubator (GCT) in the "New Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies" laboratory building, Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin: Delivery, assembly, and commissioning of approximately 2,600 meters of pressed stainless steel pipe installation, approximately 590 m² of metal heating/cooling ceiling panels, approximately 60 air recirculating coolers/heaters as 4-pipe units, approximately 12 air recirculating coolers as 2-pipe units, documentation, pressure tests, insulation work, and fire barriers. Special requirements according to the Berlin Public Procurement Act (BerlAVG) apply.
