Ventilation Technology for the New Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies Building
Installation of ventilation technology for the new Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies building in Berlin: Delivery, assembly, and commissioning of approx. 3,500 m² rectangular air ducts and fittings, approx. 1,700 m spiral-seam ducts up to DN300, approx. 270 m plastic pipes (PPs) up to DN250, approx. 60 fire dampers, approx. 660 constant and variable volume flow controllers as well as silencers, approx. 490 outlets, including documentation and leak testing. The installation will take place on the three floors of the incubator (GCT) in the laboratory building 'Neubau Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies' at Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin. Special requirements according to the Berlin Public Procurement Act (BerlAVG) apply.
