Sanitary installations (KG 410): Renewal of drinking water, rainwater, and wastewater systems; addition of a new domestic water station to the existing drinking water house connection; decentralized hot water preparation via electric instantaneous water heaters; installation of a central water management system with automated flushing fittings for drinking water hygiene; execution of wastewater and rainwater pipes predominantly in non-combustible materials; connection lines to sanitary objects in plastic with necessary fire protection barriers; installation of a faeces-free wastewater lifting unit with pressure drainage lines for condensate and flushing wastewater; complete installation of all sanitary connections, piping systems, thermal insulation, core drillings, as well as fire protection and hygienic measures. Heating installations (KG 420): Heat supply via the existing district heating connection of Stadtwerke Bochum; heat distribution with a maximum flow temperature of 65 °C; central heating distribution via several hydraulic groups for supplying heating surfaces and ventilation systems; piping network predominantly in stainless steel, distribution systems in black steel pipe, insulation according to GEG; heating of rooms via static heating surfaces in horizontal and vertical design; supply of three air handling units via separate heating circuits with thermal energy for air heating.
