Heating works for the new construction of Emmy-Noether-School

Installation of a heating system for the new construction of Emmy-Noether-School in Offenbach: 1 district heating transfer station (470 kW), 1 air-cooled chiller in heat pump design (heating capacity 299 kW) for roof installation, 2 heating distributors including fittings and pumps, 2 buffer tanks of 2,000 l each including fittings and pumps, a pressure maintenance system, approx. 550 m medium-weight threaded pipe DN 15 - DN 50 for the heating/cooling system including insulation and fire protection, approx. 600 m seamless steel pipe DN 65 - DN 125 for the heating/cooling system including insulation and fire protection, approx. 4,000 m stainless steel pipe DN 15 - DN 100 for the heating/cooling system including insulation and fire protection, approx. 14,000 m² underfloor heating (knob plate), and approx. 90 underfloor heating distributors for 4-12 heating circuits. For the entire execution period, at least 3 qualified, German-speaking managers (master craftsmen / senior fitters) must be deployed as permanent contact persons for the construction management; personnel changes are only permitted for important reasons and against the nomination of an equally qualified replacement. The contractor must organize the work in terms of personnel and logistics to ensure simultaneous, full deployment in at least 3 separate assembly areas within the building at all times.
