Heating System Installation for Extension Building
Heating system installation for an extension building: Connection to the existing heating system of the main building via a new heating circuit including all necessary fittings, measurement, and safety devices. Execution as a closed hot water heating system according to DIN EN 12828, heating water compliant with VDI 2035. Hydraulic integration with a hydraulic separator and electronically controlled high-efficiency pumps with thermal insulation shells and communication interface. Fittings include shut-off valves, pressure-independent control valves, balancing valves, check valves, dirt traps, microbubble/magnetite separators, safety valves, thermometers, manometers, heat meters, filling, draining, and venting devices, all marked according to DIN 2403. Piping network as a two-pipe system made of seamless steel pipes (DIN EN 10216) with welded connections and sound-decoupled pipe clamps (DIN 4109), routing in technical rooms and above suspended ceilings, with thermal insulation according to the German Buildings Energy Act (GEG). Room heating via warm water underfloor heating as a low-temperature system in all common rooms, each with its own heating circuit. Heating circuit distributors are delivered pre-assembled, consisting of flow/return distributors, flow meters, pre-set valve inserts, shut-off, vent, draining devices, fastening systems, and distributor box. Preparation of heating circuit distributors for thermal/motor actuators, delivery and installation of distributors including valve inserts, creation of mechanical conditions for actuators. Hydraulic balancing of heating circuits. Heat metering via MID-compliant heat meter with M-Bus data transfer to building automation. Insulation of all heating pipes, fittings, and distributors according to GEG, with removable insulation caps on fittings. Marking of all components according to DIN 2403 and client specifications, including flow directions. Commissioning includes flushing, pressure testing, leak testing, filling with treated heating water, venting, hydraulic balancing, functional testing of heating circuits, trial operation of the entire system, and functional heating according to DIN EN 1264 during screed drying with documentation. Documentation before acceptance in paper and digital form: revision documents, as-built plans, hydraulic diagram, valve list, manufacturer proofs, maintenance/operating manuals, pressure test, flushing, water treatment, hydraulic balancing, functional heating, adjustment protocols, manufacturer documents, CE declarations of conformity.
