Automatic Monitoring Systems for Railway Structures

Monitoring systems for railway structures: Delivery and installation of wireless and continuous systems for inclination and deformation monitoring, including measuring devices, data transmission, browser-based services, visualization, automatic alarms based on limit values, commissioning, and support. Assignments concern the Helsinki-Tampere railway section, specifically the projects 'Helsinki-Riihimäki capacity increase phase 2 and 3' and 'Helsinki-Tampere basic improvement, initial phase'. Further assignments on this section are possible during the contract period. The estimated total value is approximately 400,000.00 euros per year and approximately 1,600,000.00 euros over the framework agreement's term, excluding VAT. The framework agreement will be concluded with two providers; if fewer than two suitable tenders are received, it can also be concluded with one provider. A second provider will be included in the framework agreement if the offered system differs from that of the first provider and the difference in the comparative price of the second provider's accepted tender to the cheapest is less than 20%.
