Preparation of Polysiusstraße Storage Area: Earthworks, Surface Creation, Fencing, Equipment, Relocation

Preparation of approximately 5,500 m² of storage area at Polysiusstraße, Dessau-Roßlau: Earthworks and creation of an RC gravel base layer, fencing, gate system, as well as reptile and amphibian protection, bulk material boxes, and relocation of existing materials, site setup. Completion of services is scheduled by 30.10.2026. A security for contract fulfillment of five percent of the contract sum (incl. VAT, without amendments) is required if the contract sum is at least 250,000 Euros net. The security for defect claims amounts to three percent of the sum of interim payments at the time of acceptance. Proof of suitability is provided via prequalification or self-declaration of suitability, a certificate of exemption according to § 48 b EStG, and proof of current liability insurance; further items as per the tender documents.
