Installation of a low-voltage house connection and dismantling of a medium-voltage transformer station at Eisenhüttenstadt station: Decommissioning of the existing, technically outdated transformer station TÜ 4127, replacement with a new low-voltage house connection from the local grid operator. Construction of a new meter connection column and a new low-voltage main distribution board outdoors. Extensive continued use, switching over, and reconnecting existing consumer connections and cables to the new system. Installation of a new earthing system with railway earthing. After commissioning the new supply, complete dismantling and professional disposal of the old transformer station including building, switchgear, and other system components. Maintenance of the railway infrastructure's power supply throughout the entire construction phase to avoid restrictions on railway operations.

Planning, delivery, manufacturing and commissioning of a new frequency-elastic railway power converter E1 (35 MW / 50 MVA) for the Hamburg-Harburg converter plant. Publication of a draft specification for converter technology for the railway power grid of DB Energie GmbH: The aim is to provide expert market participants with an early opportunity to review the planned technical requirements and provide feedback before an official tender. The railway power grid (110 kV and 15 kV; 16.7 Hz) is supplied by converter plants as grid coupling. Experience as a manufacturer, system provider, or integrator in power electronic converter technology is required, particularly knowledge in project planning, manufacturing, delivery, integration, commissioning, and/or operation of converter technology for railway power applications or comparable high-performance energy conversion systems. Expertise is required in converter technology for 16.7 Hz railway power generation (110kV or 15kV) or comparable frequency converter/grid coupling systems, power electronics, interfaces to transformers, protection technology, station control technology, medium-voltage switchgear and auxiliary power systems, grid connection, grid interactions, control technology and system integration, as well as technical and economic evaluation of converter system requirements.
