HLA Tests with Microbeads

Supply of HLA diagnostic test kits operating with fluorescently labeled microbeads, and provision of usage rights for two (2) identical, flow-based analyzers suitable for microbead analysis and validated for the offered test kits. Continuous operational capability of the analyzers during their usage period must be ensured. The procurement includes for a contract duration of 24 months: 3,500 pieces of DNA-based, low-resolution HLA-A typing test kits; 4,500 pieces of DNA-based, low-resolution HLA-B typing test kits; 2,200 pieces of DNA-based, low-resolution HLA-C typing test kits; 1,400 pieces of DNA-based, low-resolution HLA-DP typing test kits; 2,300 pieces of DNA-based, low-resolution HLA-DQ typing test kits; 3,300 pieces of DNA-based, low-resolution HLA-DR typing test kits; 10,700 pieces of test kits for screening HLA-specific (Class I+II) antibodies; 6,700 pieces of test kits (single antigen) for determining the specificity of antibodies against HLA Class I antigens; 6,100 pieces of test kits (single antigen) for determining the specificity of antibodies against HLA Class II antigens; 375 pieces of supplementary test kits for determining the specificity of complement-binding antibodies against HLA antigens. A test kit comprises the test, Taq polymerase, conjugate(s), control(s), calibrator, other solution, and detecting reagent (fluorescent reporter) for one determination. All elements of a test kit type must originate from the same manufacturer, or compatibility must be proven. The devices forming part of the analyzers must be of the same make and type (identical part numbers). The tests are for examining patients awaiting solid organ transplantation or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and their potential related donors. further items as per the tender documents.
