HLA Typing Test Kit (SBT)

Supply of an HLA Typing Test Kit (SBT) for HLA determination using the SBT method for 240 samples, covering HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-DRB1, HLA-DQB1, and HLA-DPB1 loci (6 loci per sample). Delivery is to the OVSz Transplant Immunogenetics Laboratory. The test kit includes tests, reagents, and auxiliary materials, which can be supplied either as a factory-packaged kit or as separate components. The required reagents and auxiliary materials are: Taq polymerase for nucleic acid amplification, molecularly pure distilled water, reagent for amplification product purification, agarose, gel electrophoresis buffer, DNA detection dye, molecular weight markers, reagent for sequencing reaction, reagent for sequenced product purification, capillary electrophoresis buffer, and cartridges. All products of the total quantity must originate from the same manufacturer and be identical (same legal manufacturer, same brand, same product family, same part number, identical parameters except for collective packaging). Other reagents and auxiliary materials may come from a different manufacturer, provided their compatibility is demonstrated.
