HLS Planning Services for the Partial New Construction of the State Vocational School Mindelheim
Notice title: HLS für den Teilneubau der Staatlichen Berufsschule Mindelheim an der Luxenhoferstraße
Planning services for technical equipment (HLS) ALG 1-3, 7 and 8 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI 2021, service phases 1-9, for the partial new construction of the State Vocational School Mindelheim at Luxenhoferstraße. An additional space requirement of 5,663 m² is planned. Commissioning will be staged. The negotiation procedure is expected to take place mid/end November, contract award and project start are planned for early January 2027. Funding and building applications are to be submitted in spring/summer 2028, with construction scheduled to begin in spring 2029.
