Holter Services for Kainuu Central Hospital and Regional Health Centers

Holter services: Provision of equipment, automatic data transfer, analysis, and cardiology statements for internal medicine and pediatrics at Kainuu Central Hospital, as well as the health centers of Suomussalmi, Kuhmo, Puolanka, and Sotkamo. The service provider is responsible for the Holter recording devices. Devices are handed out to patients by nursing staff and returned by patients, with staff uploading registration data and preliminary information to the service provider's electronic system. The statement must be in electronic form, and the patient's symptom diary must be directly linkable to the analysis service. Registration occurs without personal data. Raw recordings are sent to the service provider via the registration system's website, without requiring separate software for data processing. The treating physician receives a clear statement with recommendations as a PDF file, which must be linkable to the patient's data in Commitwebb and the Sectra IDS7 image archive. A total of 11 Holter devices are needed, including requirements for the central hospital, all regional health centers, and children. The estimated contract period is 2 years (1.3.2027-28.2.2029), with an option for a 1 + 1 year extension.
