Social Welfare and Child Protection Services
Framework agreement for support measures and services under the Social Welfare and Child Protection Act. Services include home care for families with children and professional support persons. A maximum of three service providers will be selected per sub-area and ranked according to economic advantage. Services are ordered by phone, email, or an electronic system. Cancellations are possible up to 10 working days before service commencement. There is no commitment to a specific procurement volume. The framework agreement includes potential option years. Detailed service content is described in Appendix 6 (Service descriptions of sub-areas).
