Timber construction works for the new construction of the Schneegarten daycare center in Donauwörth: site setup, workshop and assembly planning, static calculation, assembly scaffolding, hazard assessment and assembly instructions (incl. securing intermediate construction stages), documentation. The timber shell construction includes prefabricated load-bearing exterior walls approx. 470 m², prefabricated non-load-bearing exterior walls approx. 300 m², prefabricated load-bearing interior walls approx. 610 m², interior wall lintel approx. 104 m, hollow box ceiling approx. 740 m², glulam ceiling approx. 760 m², roof truss rafters approx. 1,440 m², rock wool insulation for the top floor ceiling approx. 840 m², wood fiber insulation for the top floor ceiling approx. 840 m², and rough sawn formwork approx. 1,050 m². Furthermore, timber-aluminum / aluminum post-and-beam facades approx. 100 m², timber-aluminum / aluminum window and door elements approx. 345 m², and a curtain facade with vertical timber cladding approx. 812 m² are included.
