Operation of a 1st Level Support for ELSTER, Mein Unternehmenskonto, and authega: User Help Desk (UHD) for the central communication platform of the German tax administration (ELSTER), the uniform access for businesses to administrative services (Mein Unternehmenskonto), and the authentication service for eGovernment applications (authega). Contract duration 48 months, plus a possible transition period of three months. Required are the necessary infrastructure and agents, whose profile must meet the requirements specified in the tender documents.
