Consulting, Planning, Coordination, and Implementation Services: Evacuation of the German Museum's library building (approx. 29,200 m² usable area) by the end of 2029 in three phases. Phase I includes user needs analysis, inventory of facilities, collections (magazines, archives, storage areas), and workshops, creation of a space, area, and function program as a basis for transaction management and development of rental and distribution scenarios. Consideration of existing, usage, technical, organizational, economic, and real estate-related requirements, site-specific/organizational dependencies, functional relationships, safety requirements, user needs, requirements for specialized areas, and real estate/expansion options. Questioning the status quo for potential interim uses and preparing a decision basis for the administrative board. Phase II involves transaction management for identifying and securing suitable interim spaces. Phase III covers user, facility, and occupancy planning, as well as change management to support employees during the transition to new work environments and locations, considering the specifics of an established cultural institution. Finally, relocation to the new interim objects occurs. Services are commissioned phase-wise.
