Dyke construction work on the right-hand Elbe dyke in Magdeburg-Cracau: Renovation over approx. 1,025 m length, including dyke elevation, creation of a continuous inspection path, and installation of a sheet pile wall. This comprises preparatory and accompanying unexploded ordnance (UXO) clearance, removal and disposal of approx. 2,640 m² existing asphalt road surfacing including sub-base, production of approx. 4,350 m² each of asphalt base and surface course, 1,250 m² asphalt wearing course, delivery and installation of 12,400 m² steel sheet piling using the pressing method, production of 830 m³ reinforced concrete, removal of 4,610 m³ old dyke material, and accompanying UXO surveying in the entire construction area including recovery over 15 weeks.
