ICT equipment and supplies, and related services: Products include basic workstations, powerful workstations, basic displays, diagnostic displays, separate displays, laptops, printers (monochrome + color), multifunction devices (monochrome + color), label, patient wristband, and card printers, printing materials and supplies (also for existing printers), healthcare area workstations, powerful workstations, panel PCs and battery panel PCs, displays and device carts, device carts and racks, iOS and Android tablet computers, PDAs, barcode readers, ruggedized devices (laptops, PDAs, tablets, printers), telecommunication network devices (LAN and WLAN devices, WAN devices, data center network devices, and security devices), local (on-premises) servers and storage solutions (e.g., shared server computers, small branch-specific servers, security and monitoring related servers, high-performance special-purpose servers, devices for centralized data storage, server-integrated storage, backup devices), accessories (e.g., mice, keyboards and other controllers, docking stations, smart card readers, external drives and hard drives, headphones and speakers, webcams), additional supplies (e.g., cables, additional power supplies, adapters, monitor arms and stands, data protection and security films, protective bags, cases for computers, solutions for storing and charging computers). Other products closely related to telecommunication devices, servers, and storage solutions include licenses, additional supplies, other devices (e.g., backup power devices), and software/software licenses. Services include delivery, maintenance, installation, expert, and consulting services related to the products and their installation/readiness for use. Specific services that can also be acquired for devices from other contracts are: old device collection service, intermediate storage service for used devices, recycling service, secure destruction service, and expert services. Examples of services: online store (ordering portal), buffer storage service for storing agreed products, pre-installation service (e.g., operating system and software installation), unboxing service, installation service (unboxing, installation, connection to power and data network, testing functionality), old device collection service (including recycling), recycling service (at a central point), secure destruction service (secure and reliable data destruction on storage components), maintenance and support service for telecommunication devices, server devices, and backup devices (e.g., software update rights, technical support for faults, spare device service or replacement device warranty or repair time service), software update service for telecommunication devices, server devices, and backup devices (software update rights included in the purchase price for the entire device lifecycle), monitoring and management service for telecommunication devices, server devices, and backup devices, expert services related to the devices. Products can also be procured as service devices, where the supplier retains ownership unless the client purchases them at the end of the service term. Services cannot be acquired separately but must be linked to a product acquired under the procurement agreement.
