Real estate management services: Execution of all steps and formalities for land regularization and release of necessary properties within the scope of land acquisition projects related to infrastructure projects, multimodal hubs, or bus stations. The framework agreement is structured as a multi-award framework agreement, leading to the issuance of purchase orders. Two (2) contractors will be awarded, subject to a sufficient number of compliant offers. The framework agreement has no minimum value and a maximum value of 400,000.00 Euros net per contractual period of 24 months.
