Implementation of an intelligent water supply network management system: Delivery, installation, and commissioning of 60 measuring points; delivery, implementation, and calibration of a dynamic water network model with automatic calibration function; delivery and implementation of a zone balancing module; expansion of the existing SCADA system with a historical data module and web access; integration of the hydraulic model with the billing system and SCADA system; training for users and administrators for a minimum of 40 hours; development of operating, exploitation, and maintenance instructions; preparation of as-built documentation; technical and service support for at least 24 months. Additionally: Delivery and implementation of a stationary remote water meter reading system; integration of the system with the client's billing system; delivery and installation of 4,000 units of overlays for stationary remote water meter reading; training for users and administrators for a minimum of 24 hours; development of operating, exploitation, and maintenance instructions for the remote reading system; preparation of as-built documentation; provision of all subscription fees for system operation for 5 years; technical and service support for at least 24 months.
