Individual Orthoses and Orthopedic Aids for Children and Adolescents

Supply of individual orthoses and orthopedic aids for children and adolescents: orthopedic footwear, insoles, footwear modifications, individual orthoses, and bar shoes. The service includes both goods and services, resulting in a custom-measured and fitted product for the patient. The products are provided as medical rehabilitation aids and are free of charge for the recipient. The procurement is divided into three geographical areas: HUS region, Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county, and South Karelia wellbeing services county. Contract duration 3 years, then indefinite. This is a joint procurement by HUS Group, South Karelia wellbeing services county, and Kymenlaakso wellbeing services county. The estimated total value (excl. VAT) is approx. 2,000,000 EUR for 48 months, of which approx. 20% for Kymenlaakso and approx. 15% for South Karelia. The procurement also includes additional products such as accessories; orders for items outside the product appendices are possible in exceptional cases but may not exceed 10% of the estimated total value over the entire contract period. Comprises the following product groups: individual orthopedic footwear, orthopedic footwear, footwear modifications, insoles, individual ankle and foot orthoses, lower leg orthoses, long lower limb orthoses, pelvic or body orthoses, bar shoes, zippered individually modifiable orthoses, individually modifiable semi-finished orthoses.
