Request for Information for ICT Services for a Dynamic Purchasing System

Request for Information for ICT services: Sansia Oy is preparing a joint Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for its owner-customers to procure various ICT services through joint procurements or customer-specific tenders. This request aims to gather comments on the future DPS for basic information technology services and to express interest in potential future market dialogues. The DPS can be utilized by all Sansia owner-customers. Suppliers can apply to become bidders throughout the system's validity period, which may be, for example, 5-10 years. The services to be procured, minimum requirements, conditions, and contracting authorities will always be defined separately for each procurement within the DPS. Tenders can be customer-specific for a single client or joint procurements for multiple clients. The contract structure will be based on Sansia's contract models and JIT2025 contract terms. This Request for Information is not a tender notice or a request for proposals; it serves for market research and information gathering. No offers are requested or accepted.
