SI DESMA Information System for Sales, Customer Knowledge, Marketing, and Data Utilization
Supply, implementation, integration, and maintenance of the integrated information system SI DESMA 2030 and associated equipment: Functional areas include the management and sale of tickets (shows/visits/activities) and associated products (donations, cancellation insurance, programs) across all digital and physical sales channels, including payment and security components for all audiences of the Opéra national de Paris (OnP). Also included are the management of tools for reception and ticket control staff on site, the collection and consolidation of information in a data warehouse, the provision of this data via APIs and widgets for a CDP customer knowledge platform with an automated relational marketing platform, a reporting and dashboard tool, other SI Opéra or partner systems (notably operadeparis.fr), the integration of data and functionalities for managing customer requests and complaints, and the management of data exchange within and outside SI DESMA 2030. System functionalities may be used by the Opéra national de Paris and partners such as the external call center, AROP, and other service providers.
