Supply of Cerliponase alfa 150 mg infusion solution: Dosage form as an injection vial (5 ml/150 mg + 5 ml flushing solution) for intracerebroventricular use. The medication is an enzyme replacement therapy for the treatment of neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis type 2 (CLN2) and replaces the missing TPP1 enzyme. Recommended dose: 300 mg Cerliponase alfa, administered every two weeks via intracerebroventricular infusion.
