Engineering and project management services for the Children's Sports and Cultural Center in Brno-střed: continuous support for the client (Statutory City of Brno, Brno-střed district) during the preparation and implementation phases. This includes the activities of a project manager (PM) and the client's technical supervision (TDS) and their implementation team in the project phase (preparation of project documentation at PDPS level), in the tender phase (creation of tender conditions and execution of the tender procedure for contractor selection), and in the realization phase (construction implementation in the form of client's technical supervision).
