Engineering services for technical building equipment for the monument-protected overall renovation of Kastanienbaum Primary School: Services according to HOAI Part 4 Specialist Planning Section 2 Technical Equipment, awarding of service phases 5 to 8 (§ 55 HOAI) in whole or in part for plant groups 1 to 5. This includes execution planning (Lph 5), preparation of the award (Lph 6), assistance in the award procedure (Lph 7), and object supervision – construction supervision and documentation (Lph 8). The estimated cost framework (KG 100-700, incl. UV and rounding) is gross 9,882,785.00 Euro. Construction costs for cost group 400 are gross 1,764,972.00 Euro, divided into KG 410 574,104.00 €, KG 420 143,303.00 €, KG 430 112,490.00 €, KG 440 729,699.00 €, and KG 450 205,376.00 €. The building ensemble is a listed monument. Measures will be carried out during ongoing school operations. The overall renovation includes the complete renewal of the sanitary stack with floor plan modification, renewal and adaptation of the sanitary installation, installation of a grease separator in the basement, dismantling and adaptation of the existing heating installation in the sanitary rooms, an exhaust air system for internal WC anterooms, WC rooms, and cleaning supply rooms, renovation or renewal of the main building distribution, floor distributions, and risers, provisions for a PV system, electrical connection for the new elevator, and fire protection installations and casings. The basis for the commission is contract template IV 411.H F of the Senate Department for Urban Development and Housing for architectural services including AVB. The planning and working language is German.
