Electrical Engineering Services for Alter Garten Primary School

Electrical engineering services: Planning services according to service phases 1-8 of §§ 53 ff. HOAI for electrical systems (emergency lighting, public address system (SAA), intruder alarm system, internal fire alarm system (house alarm)) in the existing building of Alter Garten Primary School (main building, pavilion, sports hall) with approximately 2,000 m² gross floor area. The costs for technical equipment - electrical engineering amount to 280,000 EUR; no fee zone is specified, planning assumes fee zone II. Design planning commences immediately after contract award, subsequent planning services up to service phase 8 without delay. The system is to be operational by the start of the 2027/28 school year (September 2, 2027).
