Electrical Engineering Services for Town Hall Renovation
Planning services for electrical systems: Provision of service phases 1-8 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI for the full renovation of the Town Hall area. This includes the renewal of electrical systems in all building components with interventions, the modernization of low-voltage switchgear and installation systems, the installation of new sub-distributions, and the modernization of lightning protection and earthing systems. The estimated net costs for the electrical technical equipment are approximately 250,000 EUR. No fee zone is specified, but fee zone III is assumed due to the complexity in the monument and building automation. The project period is from 15.10.2026 to 31.12.2028, with design planning to commence immediately after contract award and subsequent execution of further planning phases up to LPH 8. Construction implementation is planned from 2027 until the end of 2028.
