Electrical engineering services for renovation of House 11, Max Planck Institute Göttingen

Engineering services for electrical engineering according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI 'Technical Equipment' in several call-off stages for the expansion of the Max Planck Institute in Göttingen: plant groups 4 (heavy current), 5 (telecommunication and information technology systems), 6 (conveying systems). The estimated total construction costs (KG 200 to 700) are approximately 12.149 million € net, with eligible costs for the mentioned plant groups estimated at approximately 1,604,993 € net. The gross floor area is 2,635 m², and the gross volume is 10,539 m³. Connection to the public power grid is via the existing transformer system in the basement of building G11A. A photovoltaic system must be installed on the roof according to §32a NBauO of Lower Saxony, and provisions for future charging infrastructure must be considered. Low-voltage supply for buildings G11A and G11N is from the existing low-voltage switchgear in G11A, which needs adaptation. The low-voltage installation for G11N must be newly built from the switchgear, considering fire protection requirements; the setup via main building and floor distributors is to be examined. General and safety lighting for G11N must be newly installed. Internal and external lightning protection, as well as potential equalization, are to be checked and, if necessary, adapted or renewed. The telecommunication connection and active network components in G11A are to be extended to G11N or newly established centrally. The fire alarm system in G11A is to be adapted and extended to G11N. The existing access control system is to be checked and, if necessary, extended to G11N. IT technology and data infrastructure in G11N are to be adapted to the institute's future needs; the data network for G11N is to be newly built via floor distributors. A shared server room for both buildings may need to be established. Media technology equipment for seminar and meeting rooms, as well as recording and control technology, are to be provided. A passenger elevator for accessibility, serving G11N and possibly G11A, is to be planned. Construction power supply for G11N must be ensured throughout the construction period.
