Engineering Services for Construction Management and Supervision for the Cäcilienbrücke Replacement Bridge

Engineering services for construction management and object supervision for the replacement new build of the Cäcilienbrücke in Oldenburg, a lift bridge in the inner-city area crossing the Küstenkanal. The construction project includes the installation of a temporary noise barrier and temporary re-anchoring of the existing sheet pile wall, clearance drilling for remaining foundations and existing substructures, demolition of basements, construction of new embankment walls, foundation of bridge abutments and towers, construction of bridge towers, the operations building, the bridge superstructure, bridge drives, technical equipment, the pipeline culvert, and the restoration of traffic areas. Services comprise construction management for engineering structures according to HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 3, § 43, Annex 12, No. 12.1, Service Phase 8 (all basic services a-j), construction management for traffic facilities according to HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 4, § 47, Annex 13, No. 13.1, Service Phase 8 (all basic services a-j), supplementary claim review as a special service on an hourly basis, object supervision (construction supervision) and documentation for technical equipment according to HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2, § 55, Annex 15, No. 15.1, Service Phase 8 (all basic services a-p, all plant groups except AG 2), object supervision (construction supervision) and documentation for buildings and interiors according to HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1, § 34, Annex 10, No. 10.1, Service Phase 8 (all basic services a-p), and the review of execution planning and/or workshop and assembly planning as a special service on an hourly basis. Service provision is for a period of 36 months. The complete contract concept and service description will be provided in the second stage.
