Engineering Services for the Expansion of the Zielona Góra Road Traffic Control System

Contract Engineer services for the expansion of the Zielona Góra Road Traffic Control System and the reconstruction of necessary infrastructure as part of the project "Improvement of urban communication efficiency in Zielona Góra - Stage II", implemented under a "design and build" formula: comprehensive management, coordination, and supervision of the design and construction phases, control of compliance with the contract, Functional-Utility Program, schedule, and applicable regulations, participation in acceptances, verification of settlements, and support for the contracting authority until the completion and settlement of the investment. A warranty of at least 60 months from the date of final acceptance and a guarantee exceeding the warranty period by 3 months must be provided. An option right is foreseen. The use of equivalent products, materials, and equipment is permitted. Implementation must consider accessibility requirements for disabled persons and universal design principles. Personnel must have communicative Polish language skills; otherwise, a translator must be provided at the contractor's expense. An employment relationship is required for personnel performing office, administrative, and organizational tasks.
