Engineering services for the reconstruction of the Seifertova – Táboritská – Jičínská tram line (up to the end of the section above Přemyslovská Street) and adjacent roads: Comprehensive investor and engineering activities, including site handover, technical supervision by the investor (TDI), health and safety coordination (BOZP), potential property settlements, commissioning, final inspection, and activation of the construction project. The scope of TDI, including construction management, is based on the UNIKA fee schedule for project work and engineering services (Annex No. 15).
