Engineering Services for Sidewalk Rehabilitation in Lom and surrounding villages along Road II-11

Engineering services for the rehabilitation of sidewalks in the city of Lom and the villages of Dobri Dol, Orsoya, and Slivata along Road II-11: preparation of an investment project in the technical phase, execution of construction and installation works, and exercise of author's supervision during construction. The intervention covers sections of Road II-11 from km 23+167 to km 46+781.19, with a total length of 23.614 km. The estimated scope includes in Dobri Dol approximately 10,845 m² of asphalt sidewalk paving and 3,615 m of curbs; in Slivata approximately 10,446 m² of asphalt sidewalk paving and 3,482 m of curbs; in Orsoya approximately 8,871 m² of asphalt sidewalk paving and 2,958 m of curbs; in Lom approximately 20,718 m² of asphalt sidewalk paving and 15,057 m of curbs. The overall scope includes the rehabilitation and reconstruction of sidewalk infrastructure, including the replacement of paving with asphalt concrete, restoration and strengthening of the sidewalk base, replacement and installation of new curbs, provision of effective surface drainage, and introduction of accessible environment elements (depressions, ramps, tactile paving) and pedestrian safety measures. The services are limited to the sidewalk infrastructure and require coordination with road rehabilitation activities.
