Engineering, Supply, Construction, and Operation of a Battery Energy Storage System for Perquie

Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) for Perquie: Engineering, supply of all equipment (excluding DC block), construction, and operation & maintenance (O&M). Usable battery capacity is approximately 130 MWh at the beginning of life, battery power approximately 65 MW at POC 63 KV, technology LFP (lithium-iron-phosphate). Estimated COD is August 2028. The engineering scope includes the production of detailed execution plans for all components of the plant. The construction scope comprises total or partial site preparation, supply and installation of AC block equipment (PCS, skid, control system), installation of DC equipment provided by the client (integrated into calculations), supply chain management, on-site installation, and connection. The O&M scope has an estimated duration of 20 years and includes operation, 24/7 supervision with remote alarm acknowledgment and site security, preventive maintenance of AC and DC equipment, reporting of unavailability to the aggregator, corrective maintenance of AC and DC equipment, warranty management and regulatory controls, relationship with EDF Power Solutions and the grid operator, and maintenance of battery performance (availability, SOH, RTE, auxiliary consumption). EDF Power Solutions reserves the option to withdraw services related to DC and/or AC equipment during the realization and/or O&M phase at the time of consultation.
