Engineering Services for Rivium Area Development
Engineering services for Rivium area development: Conclusion of a framework agreement for integrated engineering services, including research and advice, integrated design, technical preparation, permits and notifications, contract and tender preparation, and cost management. Duration 4 years from March 1, 2027, with an option for two extensions of 1 year each, maximum duration until March 1, 2033. Maximum contract value €1,800,000.00 excl. VAT. Services are provided within six sub-projects: a. Public Space (RED): integrated public space design and assessment of the Coalition area, including landscape and mobility; b. Public Space (YELLOW): municipal public space and mobility design, including mobility and landscape; c. Underground main infrastructure and area preparatory works; d. ParkShuttle: grade-separated crossing, extensions of the ParkShuttle track, and new or adapted stops; e. Abram van Rijckevorselweg: redesign and speed reduction to 50 km/h; f. Metropolitan Bicycle Route Ridderkerk–Rotterdam on Capelle territory.
